16. Every Product Plants a Tree Initiative
With every purchase of a Navun Skin skincare product from our retail stores, we commit to plant one tree as part of our environmental sustainability initiative. This commitment is applicable to all qualifying purchases made up to and including December 31, 2023. We endeavor to ensure that the actual planting of trees for these purchases will be completed by the end of 2024.
Please be aware that the implementation of this initiative may be subject to conditions beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, global pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances that could impact tree planting efforts. In light of such events, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this initiative at any time, subject to any such changes being in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We will provide customers with reasonable notice of any such changes.
By purchasing our products, you consent to the terms of this initiative. Your continued support of Navun Skin and participation in our Every Product Plants a Tree initiative signifies your agreement to these terms.
This Every Product Plants a Tree Initiative clause will survive the termination or expiration of this agreement.
